refined with spring onions.

Grilled vegetables and diced bacon, served on a mix of arugula, cherry tomatoes and beans in a balsamic dressing. Refined with goat’s cheese and rosemary.

Crazy in love: salmon and Bok Choy fall into temptation with ginger and green apple. Pasta with sautéed Bok Choy and ginger, deglazed with white wine and soy sauce, crowned with fresh green apple and salmon.

Shrimps and prosciutto stripes with fresh sage, semi-dried tomatoes, deglazed with white wine, vegetable broth and butter, finished with chopped parsley and fresh sage.
