Creamy soup with potatoes, onions and oregano, refined with croutons and/or bacon crisps.

FRUTTI DI BOSCO SALAD (DC, IL, NC, NY)
Fresh mixed greens salad with green onion, bell peppers, and fresh strawberries tossed in our homemade raspberry maple dressing, topped with goat cheese and red onion.
YELLOW MELLOW SALAD (FL, VA)
Yellow lentils with yellow mango cubes, white onions, spring onions and yellow bell peppers cubes in a delicious yellow curry dressing on frisée lettuce, topped with goat's cheese and coriander.

Chicken breast with onions, yellow pepper, carrots, cherry tomatoes and coriander deglazed with ginger curry cream finished with grated parmesan cheese.

Tenderloin beef filet with sundried and cherry tomatoes, white onions and
basil deglazed with red wine, butter and vegetable broth, finished with pesto rosso and fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese.

Red Campanelle with semi-dried tomatoes, white onions and red cherry tomatoes in a pesto rosso sauce with red wine, refinded with butter, black pepper, basil and lemon zest. Topped with pieces of fresh mozzarella.
